How payment modes work
BYO Processor
Connect your own Square or Stripe. Money flows straight to your bank on your own negotiated card rates, and we take 0% of every booking — just the flat monthly subscription.
Platform Processor
Use our payment account — no Square/Stripe setup required. Lower monthly subscription, plus a small per-booking fee to us (1.5–2%). You're the merchant of record, so Stripe's standard card fee (2.9% + 30¢) is billed to you and payouts land in your bank on Stripe's normal schedule.
Pay-as-you-go
Zero monthly fee. We take 5% per booking, plus Stripe's standard card fee (2.9% + 30¢). Use our processor exclusively. Perfect for new operators testing the waters — switch to a paid tier any time as volume grows.
Compared to FareHarbor (6–8%) and Peek (6–8%): our cut is 0–5% depending on the mode you pick, and we ship FWC compliance in the box. Those percentages are what the platform takes; card processing is separate on every platform, ours included.

How does the free trial work?
14 days of full Pro+ access (10 attestations included). No credit card required. Pick a plan when you're ready — your data carries over.
Can I switch payment modes later?
Yes — switch from BYO to Platform (or vice versa) any time. Bookings created before the switch keep their original fee structure.
Is this really FWC compliant?
Yes — we use the official FWCDLE_313 form and meet Rule 68D-34.002, F.A.C. Digital signatures are legally valid in Florida.
What payment processors do you support?
Square and Stripe for BYO. For Platform mode, we use Square under the hood — operators don't need any payment account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel with one click from your dashboard. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Bookings already paid out are unaffected.
What about repeat renters?
Returning renters can verify their existing badge instantly. No need to repeat the full attestation. Still counts against your monthly allotment on Attestation Pay-as-you-go.
